They are commonly known as Guliyappa, Guliappa, Appe, Paddu, Paniyaram, Gulittu, Gundponglu, etc. in Southern parts of India. Guliyappa tastes best when served crispy and hot with coconut chutney. Guliyappa or Paddu can be prepared in many diffrent flavors.
